Refund policy

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please review the following terms before submitting a return:

Return Eligibility
    •    Items must be brand new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
    •    All original accessories, manuals, stickers, and hardware must be included.
    •    Returns must be authorized in advance — unauthorized returns may be refused.
    •    Certain items may be non-returnable (see below).

How to Start a Return
    1.    Email our support team at contact@eadmotorsport.com with:
    •    Your full name and order number.
    •    Reason for the return.
    •    Photos of the item, if applicable.
    2.    We will review and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
    3.    Once approved, ship the item to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was a shipping error.

Restocking Fees
    •    A 15% restocking fee may apply to opened, installed, or special-order items.
Refunds
    •    Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
    •    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    •    Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
    •    If you’d like to exchange an item, indicate that when you email us.
    •    Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
    •    Installed or used parts
    •    Electronics or ECUs that have been plugged in
    •    Custom-built, special-order, or made-to-order items
    •    Clearance or final-sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
