At EAD Motorsport, we are committed to delivering high-quality motorsport products efficiently and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom, made-to-order, or special-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated lead times will be noted on the product page when applicable.
  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
  • We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard and expedited services when available.
  • Free shipping promotions, if offered, apply only to qualifying orders and destinations as specified.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
  • Typical delivery times range from 2–7 business days once the order has shipped, depending on carrier and service level.
  • EAD Motorsport is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is available to select countries.
  • Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • EAD Motorsport is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.

Address Accuracy:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

  • EAD Motorsport is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
  • Any claims for lost shipments must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.

Returns Due to Shipping Issue

  • If a package is returned to us due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and reshipment costs.
  • Orders confirmed as delivered are not eligible for chargebacks or claims of non-receipt.
